Licella is an Australian-based global technology pioneer delivering the next generation of low carbon solutions. Our patented Catalytic Hydrothermal Reactor (Cat-HTR™) is the world’s leading hydrothermal liquefaction (HTL) technology, using water to sustainably transform abundant waste feedstocks into an advanced bio-intermediate, upgraded to advanced biofuels, biomaterials (such as green Naphtha) and circular plastic through advanced recycling.

Our Cat-HTR™ platform enables the sustainable transformation a wide range of bio-based feedstocks into biomaterials and biochemicals. As a renewable alternative to fossil oil, our bio-intermediate has the flexibility to produce a huge range of products, traditionally made from fossil oil, from renewable sources.
